WITH IGNORANT PEOPLE SUCH AS ARE SERBS MY RAP SHEET BEATS ME!!!

THERE IS NO WAY I CAN OVERCOME THAT. RAP SHEET ON THE GREATEST SERBIAN HERO OF ALL TIMES, MY NAMESAKE - MILOS OBILIC, WAS EXACTLY THE SAME AS MINE, AND HE HAD TO PAY WITH HIS LIFE TO CLEAR IT UP. SERBS WERE SO SINCE 1300s, PUTTING DIRT ON THE RIGHTEOUS. SO, CLEANING THIS MESS REQUIRES MY LIFE, ONE WAY OR ANOTHER.

II.

WITH MY RAP SHEET AS IT IS IN THEIR MIND, SERBS DO NOT RECOGNIZE ME AS EQUAL BEING, BECAUSE IN THEIR MIND I HAVE TO BE MUCH WORST THAN WHAT THEY SEE, AND THEREIN LIES THE PROBLEM, FOR EXAMPLE, AT LEAST I AM TALL LIKE BEAR AND THEY DON'T WANNA SEE THAT - BOOM! THERE GOES THEIR BULLYING PLAN TO WASTE. THEY HAVE TO FIND NEW WAYS TO DOMINATE. USUALLY THE STUFF GOES, DEVELOPS AND MISCONSTRUES BEHIND MY BACK BECAUSE THE MAJORITY CANNOT CONFRONT ME OPENLY BUT 4 SOME REASON, THEY WOULD LOVE TO BEAT MY ASS.

PRESENTLY THIS SERBIAN BLUSTERY SHIT IS DOWN TO HIGH SCHOOL HOOLIGANS WHO SEE ME AS AN EASY TARGET TO PROMOTE VIOLENCE AND INTIMIDATION IN VARIOUS WAYS./ AND THERE IS SO MANY OF THEM, IN OTHER WORDS I AM THE RUG TO BEAT. SERBS'D LIKE TO SEE CRAZY ASS IDIOT IN MY PLACE, NOT THE CRAZY AS A FOX IDIOT. SOME ARE MAD WHEN REALIZE THEY CANNOT COMPETE WITH ME. WHOEVER PREPARED MY RAP SHEET - PROPAGATED HANDICAPPED PSYCHOPATHIC UGLY MIDGET BOTH IN BODY AND MIND.

SERBIAN RAP SHEET DOES NOT ALLOW ME TO BE THE REGULAR MAN AND THIS IS GOING TO BE WITH ME UNTIL I DIE. BUT THAT SPEAKS A LOT ABOUT THIS NATION. I DOUBT JEWS, ENGLISH, AMERICANS, SWISS, GYPSIES, MACEDONIANS, CROATS, OR FRENCH WOULD ALLOW THIS TO HAPPEN TO THEIR MAN. THERE AN'T ONE NATION LIKE SERBS IN THIS WORLD. EVERY HOUR I RUN INTO MORE HOOLIGANS, BULLIES AND TROUBLEMAKERS AND THEY ARE CLOUDING FOLKS LIKE NIKOLA TESLA, IF ANY, I CANNOT SEE ON THE STREET. THAT'S ABOUT THE ONLY THING SERBIA IS CAPABLE OF PRODUCING RIGHT NOW - MORE HOODLUMS.

OUT OF PUBLIC FIGURES, THERE'S ONLY NOVAK DJOKOVIC THAT STANDS OUT AS A TRULY REMARKABLE POSITIVE PERSON THAT ONE CAN TRUST WITHOUT A SECOND THOUGHT. I BOW TO HIM ALL THE TIME, HE IS ALMOST AS GOOD PERSON AS A SAINT TO ME.

VI.

I WRITE THIS, ALMOST A VANISHING LIBERTIES MANIFESTO, OUT OF FEAR ALTHOUGH I DO NOT WANT TO ADMIT IT. PRIMARILY MY FEAR IS TO ENGAGE WITH ANYONE, SO THAT PRETTY MUCH LEAVES ME ON MY OWN AND THEM TO DO WHAT THEY WANT BECAUSE ANY KIND OF ENGAGEMENT WOULD LEAD ME TO PRISON, AND THAT IS WHAT THE SERBS ARE WAITING FOR.

With MANIFESTO OF THE MAN, Serbs and their accessories Gypsies, can spit at me and do all types of menace as many times as they want as I said therein what I had to say. Each Serbian mom should read it, and educate kids in that regard. - M.V.
These are only the bigger problems I have around here, I am not counting in much smaller existential problems as follows:
Some Serbs I come across are ignorant because they - intentionally or not - do not see the mind behind the art.
Only recently, so called famous serbian art collector scorned and scoffed at my paintings saying a primary school pupil could have done that and frames worth more than the paintings. I asked him then about the artists he admires most in MODERN art, and he replied Leonardo da Vinci (Renaissance!!!), Paja Jovanovic (Serbian Portraitist, School of Viennese Realism!!!),
and Dragan Malesevic Tapi (Serbian photo realist and counterfeiter - also his friend while the persona "famous serbian art collector" then bragged about how his artist friend made him forgeries of football and railroad tickets). After realizing that his opinions were not fully convincing he then stated that he is the American man and expert for guns. Besides, it is better I have not seen his wife's art who had "an exhibition in Dallas, Texas"!!! Ha,ha,ha. I am an art critic and never heard of that artist - I would have said "Sheeyyatt!" according to the same principle. So much for it, I am often sorry for being here in art boondocks of the world. When I stumble upon this level of ignorance I do not know why I do stuff like painting and for whom, well ... I better not jump the gun and say.

And * wonder why do Serbs hate me?

Did someone tell them * was a traitor nine years ago when they forcefully brought me back here?
You bet you. Some Serbian office ("Crime Never Minds") wanted to wash their dirty hands off of me, and this lie stood ever since. Therefore, for nine years - since this * TRAITOR WAS MATERIALIZED IN FLESH AND BY NAME - Serbian hatred has been unbelievable. As soon as * exit home they are watching like falcons government or citizens' surveillance covering every step of my way.

There is nothing * could do or could have done in this sort of environment from the very first moment * emerged here.

Presently, BIA (Serbian CIA) agents are coming out of woodwork - i.e. like tonight: a group of three+one half-smart athlete tall bullies plus cca 9 others around the perimeter of my walk - like they do not have anything better to do. Someone - guess who - is lying about me all the time. The newest lie is that * broke into the local church. Terrible, terrible lies. Luckily, * read about it in the newspapers or otherwise * would not know what these secretive bullies were about this time.

The only thing * ever wanted to do since * came here was to found a family. From the very first moment the Serbian opposition (like * truly deserved it) showed its true face and when * actually had met some girl, the secret agents and probably mean Serbs (many of them) started calling her names like dirty pig, whore, etc behind my back making her life miserable. Unfortunately, as the result of this Serbian terror she then committed suicide.

To own a car in Serbia, * do not even dream about it. When I buy something new, like the new pair of sneakers on the first couple of days while they are still new * get so many boo boo (raspberry) calls, spits and deeps Serbian snorts around the city that I feel like George Bush or at least Barack Obama. In other words they cannot stand it/me.

After such hatred, * cannot have friends in Serbia for from the very first day * doubt their true intentions. For example, someone may present themselves in the most positive fashion while * may be thinking that their real wants are to get my sympathy only to poison me. Which * think happened on few occasions but cannot provide evidence other that * am slowly but steadily developing cancer which I do not want to admit how fast not to give this nation a reason to celebrate.

Don't let Serbs progress in any sort of way anywhere for * repeat this what they are doing to me is simply unbelievable.

FOR THAT IS WHAT THE SERBS ARE ABOUT WITH ME, TO "SHORTCHANGE", OBSTRUCT AND MOUNT INSURMOUNTABLE OBSTACLES ON EVERY OCCASION AND ANYWHERE OUT OF SPITE OR OUT OF EVIL, HATRED AND JEALOUSY. I WAS NIPPED IN THE BUD AND DESTINED TO FAIL WHERE ALL OTHER SERBS PASSED WITHOUT ANY TROUBLES OR PROBLEMS FOR THAT IS THE FUTURE OF THE TRAITOR OR WHATEVER THEY WANT TO PORTRAY ME AS. THERE ARE LESS THAN 30 PEOPLE I COULD TELL NICE WORDS ABOUT IN SERBIA.

If you think * lie, where would be my power, integrity and competence to live with such bold lies, and if * don't, how much juice has remained in my batteries after so many years of being victim. even though I have been under pressure of so many thousands of tons of hatred * feel it is evenly and unstoppably growing day by day.

ONE AMERICAN SWINE OR SERBIAN AMERICAN SWINE

I have been waiting for tonight to see if I will stop thinking/boiling about what happened today!!!

Not! Today /18.11.2011/ I was crossing Vojvode Stepe Boulevard on the clearly marked crosswalk in front of Roggenart Coffee Shop - between nos. 183 and 189a - when all black Chevy "Diplomat Issue" truck (Licence plate /foreign nationals' black with beige lettering: 144 - A - 047) was approaching around 14:45 from Trosarina side of the Boulevard. I could see the guy in front of the wheel and sensed he had no intention of stopping his truck. Man, was I right? This bastard working for the American Embassy in Belgrade, Serbia or the American himself almost killed me had I not stopped before reaching the other half of crossing. I WAITED FOR HIM TO DRIVE THROUGH at cca 50 MILES PER HOUR WITH NO INTENTION OF STOPPING. IT COULD HAVE BEEN ANYONE, I AM NOT THINKING THAT HE WANTED TO HIT ME ON PURPOSE. IT IS JUST THE BASTARD THAT THINKS HE HAS THE SAME AUTHORIZATIONS AS IF CROSSING THROUGH THE MILITARY DANGER ZONE! SEVERAL MINUTES LATER A CHINESE NATIONAL DRIVING RENAULT VEHICLE (local plates: 404 SD) WAITED FOR ME AS I TRIED TO CROSS THE SAME STREET ON THE UNMARKED PLACE - TALKING ABOUT THE CULTURAL DIFFERENCE. IT IS NOT THAT I AM A CHINESE FAN - chinese did not pay me to write this but the clear logic did - BUT SOME AMERICANS ARE REAL BASTARDS.

Americans instigated such a fear in me that I am afraid to come out of my home in fear of coming across any Americans out there, reaching this destination as tourists. It is the fear.
I GOT ONLY ONE LIFE AND HALF OF IT WAS SPENT IN DISARRAY WHILE TRYING TO FIGURE WHAT SERBS AND AMERICANS WANT FROM ME AS THEY UNDESERVEDLY SHOW ME NO RESPECT WHATSOEVER PUTTING ALL SORT OF OBSTACLES ALONG MY WAY. WORLD CRISIS IS THE GOD GIVEN GIFT TO ME AGAINST BOTH TYPES OF THESE MOTHERFUCKERS, SO THAT THEY ALL CAN LEAVE ME THE FUCK ALONE AND MIND A LITTLE OF THEIR OWN BUSINESS AND MISFORTUNE INSTEAD. DEATH WISH (Serbia)

AFTER 9 YEARS OF PSYCHOLOGICAL TORTURE ORGANICALLY I CANNOT STAND ANYTHING THAT COMES FROM THIS COUNTRY !!! MY MIND AND I - AS THE BEING - ARE THE CRYSTAL CLEAR REFLECTIONS OF MY COMMUNITY AND THE WAY THEY ARE TREATING ME AND LOOKING UPON ME WITH THEIR EVIL EYES (CASTING INBRED NEGATIVITY).

instead of imprisoning as many break-in criminals and serbian pink panthers, i think the serbian government's plan is to let them work freely for that is the way of imposing terror of fear onto people. people in fear cannot think about democracy and they cannot see the real cause of evil and crime. I WISH I WAS CHARLES BRONSON. there is no other way in dealing with the corrupted serbian government and crime. fhrewtcakes. fhrewt, fhrewt!!! there is a serbian secret service guy that i unfortunately know nicknamed by his coworkers "the mill" or "vodenica" in serbian (300 pounds s.o.b.) - you know what the mill does - because he does not stop yapping up that is openly and on purpose talking shit to me just to make me nervous and spoil my prospects that are all linked to each other. don;t mind my writing and typing errors: I am not writing a book here, just referring and I am disgusted with what is happening to me let alone writing about it/

returning home today (13th of November 2011) i met three suspicious persons with hoods checking out houses on my street (behaving and communicating conspicuously, walking at a slow pace while nodding at certain houses but not looking like remodeling experts or entrepreneurs) as if they were acting upon a tip but although i have trained eye to spot this type of behavior, in one of my previous lives i was either custer or bloody knife his indian scout and interpreter - it [their act] may have seemed as staged as if to send a message. I CAN BET THAT - IF ANYONE RECOGNIZES THESE THREE ON THE VIDEO - THEY HAVE THE - NOT NECESSARILY LONG - BUT SERIOUS CRIMINAL RECORD BY ASSOCIATION AT LEAST; instead of chasing pink panthers and their offshoots - local police or other state agency is monitoring my calls and misinforming people about me, i'd like to take a look at my secret file to see what crap is found in there. i am sure there is at least one guy in charge of the crap that i will hear in daily feedback on or from the schtreets. i can imagine it is a lonely ass fatso of 258 pounds half serb angry as shit. their tap-tap-tapping equipment is so lousy with that much hum and noise i can hear why someone is definitely on the line at times. it starts out when i write a new blog entry, shading lasts for some time, same on the cell phone, and then they eventually let go until the time i run into another problem and write about it again. we go in circles and nothing is changing. naturally the west likes that cookie cutting - in the need of everlasting desire to demonstrate that all evil comes from the east. probably my main enemies right now are at the top levels of serbian administration, law enforcement and sport management those that are acting upon the instructions of the western or russia's power lines / nothing wrong with that if they did not involve me into trouble /

i made a quick video just in case but hearing a cell cam noise one of them, all the way to the left turned back across shoulder so i had to cut it not to confront them at home. another confrontation . - this would be something the serbian government is waiting for, more undeserved disturbance for me. thus could not film when they were actually looking as if they were picking houses for some action. let me make sure - i would impose saudi arabian rules for proven criminals and offenders around the world - severe punishments - TORTURE, CHINESE TORTURE ET CETERA, NO REMORSE BUT PURE EVIL.

these people - structures withing the serbian government or ex-serbian government (time of milosevic) or whoever is setting up the stage they need to know - they cannot scare me - i would confront tens of thousands if have to. i am not ghadaffi, i would never be caught alive with a gold gun on my own turf. also, i believe whoever has sent these guys has connections with the murder of serbian prime minister zoran djindjic. i am pretty sure about this - forensic psychologic-ally speaking. there is something so ominous - perhaps even the men in the prison are all set up and the real killers are at large.

ALAS, THUS I STOPPED APPROACHING THE BIRDS - I HAD MILLION OPPORTUNITIES IN THE LAST NINE YEARS AND EACH TIME [EITHER I WAS REBUFFED OR BEATEN UP AS I WERE I DID NOT TRY] I FELT SORRY FOR EACH ONE OF THEM, FELT SORRY FOR MILLION LOVES LOST FOREVER ON DIRTY SPIT BELGRADE'S SIDEWALK. THE ONLY THING LEFT IS TO FANTASIZE - MY REALITY IS PINNED BETWEEN THE FOUR WALLS AND THE TV SCREEN WHEREBY I CAN INDULGE IN FANTASIES ONLY ABOUT CNN ANCHORS LIKE [KEEPING PRIVACY IN THE RED ZONE]. CONSEQUENTIALLY I LOST SELF-RESPECT AND CONFIDENCE, I AM BASICALLY HALF RUINED AS I DO NOT WANT TO ADMIT THAT I AM FULLY RUINED.
THERE IS A SERBIAN "CULT" MOVIE CALLED "RANE" - AND MANY YOUNG SERBS ARE IMITATING ITS "HEROES".
SUCH VERY MEAN INFESTING CRAP WOULD NOT CUT THROUGH ANY COUNTRY'S C MOVIE LIST BUT SERBIA IS DIFFERENT. this sort of movie creates outcasts and pink panthers and there an't one such movie where serbs do not get involved: from in china they eat dogs to snatch (actor, rade serbedzija "represents" the serb. masses) SEE "MADE IN SERBIA" MOVIE TO SEE WHAT THE SERBS BRAG ABOUT. EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE THE SAYING: CEGA SE BUDALA STIDI LUD SE TIM PONOSI. WHAT I WANT TO SAY BUT DO NOT KNOW HOW IS, EVEN THE YOUNG PETTY CRIMINALS LIKE PORTRAYED IN THE SAID MOVIE -THE WORST SORT OF ALL SOCIETIES - CAN HAVE A "NORMAL" SOCIAL LIFE IN THIS PLACE AND SEX BUT ME. IT IS BECAUSE I WAS PUT INTO THE WRONG SITUATION. EITHER I DO NOT BELONG IN THIS COUNTRY OR I DO NOT BELONG IN THIS ROLE THAT UNITED STATES HAD CREATED FOR ME AND WHICH THE SERBS (ITS LAME GOVERNMENT AND THE STRUCTURES OF POWER) ARE TAILORING FOR ME ON USA'S BEHALF. I meet a number of Serbs on whose forehead "PROBLEM" or "I am/will be the problem for you!" is written.
There is so much trouble around here I got used to it and I just cannot function if everything is peace and quiet.
Just like lions don't attack the game that don't run.

Wisdom says don't destroy the bridges behind, but my honor says you did not do anything to these people - they have no rights to disturb you.
And they are.

I am asking myself what use America had to incite these people into hating me. If they were hoping that I would die out of
psychological damages they had miscalculated. Although Serbian terror is simply amazing and unbearable I know I did nothing wrong.
God will throw what they are throwing at me back at them!
Serbs recently prevented me from re-leaving Serbia for another country when their secret service set me up with criminal record.
I wrote about this incident in the public transportation earlier when they tried to lynch me and got me cornered, all Serbian newspapers wrote about it.

Now, saying all this - I still have no idea what the Serbian problem with me is. Obviously - some of them were familiarized with my blog and
one can see that they are behaving themselves around me - while another third has gone off its rocker. They are now madder than mad.

I have not killed anyone. I have not stolen anything from anyone. I have not cheated anyone. What the Serbian problem with me is?!!!
For Goodness sake.
I cannot believe that the majority of Serbs are so stupid to believe American lies /C'MON THEY DESTROYED MY FAMILY; SHOULD I BE ANGRY AT ANYONE?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!/ whatever they were - the experiment - to set up one Serb against another.
Just like it was hard for Americans to believe when Yitzhak Rabin was killed by another (extremist) Jew. Jew killing Jew - it was impossible.
I guess someone wanted to see how stupid the Serbs are. I did not do anything to them. They have no right to judge me! They have no right to
prevent me from living in full liberty!!!! Since 2003 I have been coiling around the point zero, prevented from doing anything like finding a spouse, prevented from advancing anywhere, prevented from moving ahead with my life. Serbs have no right to lynch me, they have no right as far as I am concerned to think about me. And
it seems that I am their most annoying TARGET. YES I AM!!!! the real hit (a conspicuous success) around Serbia, they are telling me this openly: "i do not like to see your face". WILL SOMEONE EXPLAIN TO ME WHY ? I PLEA FOR ANYONE OUTSIDE SERBIA NOT TO MAKE ANY FORTHCOMING
ACTIONS WITH ANY REPRESENTATIVE(S) OF SERBIA OR SERBIAN GOVERNMENT UNTIL THIS PROBLEM REGARDING ME IS STOPPED, SOLVED AND RESOLVED. ESPECIALLY THERE IS
NO NEED FOR SERBIA TO JOIN EUROPEAN UNION at least not in the full capacity UNTIL THEY EXPLAIN WHY IS THIS HAPPENING TO ME?!

WHERE THE SUN DOES NOT SHINE

I HAVE ENOUGH INTELLIGENCE TO CLAIM THE FOLLOWING
- some serbian governmental agency (*or the kinetic synergy of several agencies) is injecting venom into my life to the point that the existence has become unbearable. slobodan milosevic was my enemy but in comparison to these american "democratic" puppets now in uncontrollable power - milosevic was the king lear. it is sad news that novak djokovic is a serb. these people now own the sad communist legacy of spying onto each other and i feel like i am in the open zoo. in this sport SERBS ARE THE worst motherfuckers WHEN WE KNOW THAT I.E. in USA there is no secret among the commoners. serbs want to know the colors of my shit AND THEY HATE ME. TELL POPE AND THOSE JESUITS NOT TO BE FOOLED BY ANY LITERATURE THAT SERBS HATE THEM MORE THAN ME. they give me nothing to work with, it is like having endless rows of skyScrapers lined up ahead of you WHILE YOU ARE TRYING TO JUMP ONE AT THE TIME AND YOU NEED A YEAR FOR EACH ENTERPRISE. MRS. SERBIAN FREEDOM IS WEEPING ITS HEART OUT FOR ME . besides, serbs have never learned lessons from their history. i went to america to check if the sun rises there and generally if there is a sunshine in america only to B E_S H O W N there isnot. with these guys in power IN SERBIA I HAVE BEEN PROVEN there isnot sunshine around here either and with these serbian monsters (while i do not see any better replacements) and their agencies that do not allow me to stand on the ground with both feet i doubt there will ever be any true freedom in large amounts for the regular intelligent people like me. and indeed there are few like me. perhaps that is why i have been singled out.
