atrocious renault’s service policy

always wondered why renault was not able to endure on the u.s. market and how fucking awesome, I have found the answer: that car company is experiencing a serious jinx in their service department.  what goes down there reminds me of a dysfunctional crime family where the senior management does not have a clue what is going on down on the floor, while the underbosses and little service men are ordering kills.

now let me summarize where I live. imo, serbia is one post-communist and unsavory place of the first degree wherein if their secret service had gone through my trash finding a handwritten note stating Scott 11A - MNH - Imperf., 3c George Washington - 1853-55 – they would have believed it was written in subversive spy code by the enemy of the state, most certainly an American spy who should be eliminated … yet to find the witty ways

will renault underboss and servicemen ever make confession on their deathbed as to what they had done to me once the grim reaper has called them ?

namely, in the month of july of 2021 I went to a place far away from home where I originally bought my car thinking that I would be safe there. in the official dealership in my hometown of belgrade where I had been servicing another renault model, they were affected because they complained to me I bought new car in another dealership … i felt then their service was suddenly becoming either worse or there were some little pranks to get to me since I did not give them the business … it felt just as if there was an underlying competitive race going on among renault dealerships, so I decided to go to the one where I had bought vehicle … next thing I know, they stank up my car to high heavens allegedly doing disinfection of a/c channels. for two weeks I was not able to comprehend what they did as I was probably high on toxic, horrid and sickening chemicals they used. when two weeks later (while driving all that time with corona mask to diminish the harshness of smell) I finally got to my senses as somebody in the know reassured it was not a phantom nasty odor - I finally called them up to complain. i felt as if someone wanted to kill me, the guy who performed work was a couple of months old addition to renault's service crew, I found that out later, perhaps instructed what to do getting positioned there in timely fashion, nobody to notice anything when the agenda happens [i can imagine them alleging my take on what happened emphasizing customer's paranoid stupor] … and it was not the only problem … as the serviceman was changing air filters, I glanced through window overlooking the repair pitch only to see him hurling old dusty cabin air filter into the air while obviously making some joke with someone; the thrown filter stayed there on the floor for another half an hour. as this caught my attention and not knowing the background of the joke, I asked the underboss manager, out of curiosity, to show me how dirty air filter really was. he came back to say they put it into my trunk together with brake rotors and pads they also changed. the funny thing is renault and mercedes benz servicemen are occupying the same space and the same could have happened to me if I was driving a mercedes benz, there would have been no difference. upon hearing this I was upset as I highlighted that I had just wanted to see filter, naturally, I did not want a year worth collection of semi asbestos dust from the serbian roads in my car's interior neither did I want dirty brake pads and rotors in it. when they drove out the car and handed me the key I opened trunk to take out replaced parts and a big cloud of dust flew out overwhelming me. it felt as if the worker dusted off dirty air filters inside my car's cabin in addition to sweeping of all the floor dust while emptying it off in my vehicle on purpose. for the most part of the following weeks, I could not expel dust and particles out of my car not even while using rowenta air purifier for hours … after I spoke with senior manager I cannot say he was not a nice guy although he tried convincing me that everything was okay during the first time I was there. i came back to dealership and he supervised a new disinfection of a/c channels with something much different and much, much milder than what was definitely used thruout the first time … and they also cleaned a car's interior, although the dust is still there tho not in the quantity that was before. let’s not make any mistakes about it, if inhaled direly, just one cancerous semi-asbestos particle can cause cancer, and we are still talking hundreds if not thousands remaining inside my vehicle, in the flooring mainly … that is why air filter is there in the first place for the protection AND NOT to be shaken off in the interior unless you want to kill someone – THAT someone that bought a car from you. by contrast, if anyone buys anything from me, they become like family and i am ready to shed blood for them as of that moment. that is why I am pretty positive that I would never buy renault again, not because I do not like design, performances or assembly but because I am afraid that the people who are supposed to service it for you are also the people that are trying to kill you. entirely undeserving of any respect. and the same would have happened if I was driving mercedes benz. these are not just pranks, period. in addition, let it be said, the pair of one worker's eyes I went by on the floor (during the first time i was there in july) as the renault’s “underboss - manager” was leading to my vehicle to show me something, were the snake eyes with an evil gaze that too gave a premonition that something [how highly I did not know] unpleasant was going to happen, in other words, I felt if one of the guys was ready to hit me while I was passing by … in other words, he was not able to hide malice toward me as if I was not just their customer …

out of respect for the senior service manager I am not stating the name of dealership where I had been although I had wanted to mention it, but his kind tho not fully sincere attempt to repair what cannot be repaired still deserves some credits …

the second time I went to this renault dealership – as I was going there the car was flying – after I left, going back home, for all the time being as of then and of course now it lacks a quarter of earlier power as if the performance parameters were changed / messed with … also, while shifting into higher gears i cannot hear the turbine going off as loudly as before ... if I would need to make another comparison regarding renault and myself, I feel unwanted just like van gogh when he was proposing himself to them girls – and more – only I do not know wherefrom these guys hatred comes – and they MUST know that I bought car in their place, that is the official renault and mercedes benz dealership …
