as I was visiting “the vucicland” yesterday [the complex of buildings built “on belgrade’s waterfront] I most likely got bit by the laser there as I was sitting in one of their “gallery mall” restaurants; this could have been performed by the staff only, male staff looked unfriendly from the get-go appearing like aggressive vucic loyalists, they had to open up the huge glass doors to let me out and I was wondering one of them was looking extremely pissed off - for the second - mumbling obscenities into his beard looking like he was about to kick me on exit … following some beard stroking with a friend, that staff action gave me some serious thinking to do as I was driving back home and when I looked myself in the mirror later on in the day I was much surprised with my bloodshot red eye … staying confidential about the place I was at for friends I was with - whose guest I was - as they obviously had no beef with these ‘murderers.’

another fact that tells in what kind of mess I have been placed around here, for years Serbia has been turning to foreign (allegedly Chinese) commercial banks to fund its ‘leap Into The future’ investment drive. talking about astronomical leverage. by being close to the gigantic bulks of money floating around, some art nuts and gallery owners got extremely rich selling their art for millions of dollars. some opened up several joints downtown for this, and I can vouch that those that run the country throwing billions upon billions upon billions of benjamins around buying real estate and art have not bought one piece from me to help me propel development and establish myself so these are my core enemies in Serbia.

I feel as if I was surrounded by thousands of insane jeffrey dahmers hiding behind vucic masks pointing their fingers accusing me of jaywalking while screaming out loud 'just look at his crimes, it is huge' …  that is my Serbian experience …

directed energy weapon - active denial reenactment ... pissed off with serbian ways

serbian powers that be lost credibility but still keep absolute power ...

it could be that last night I was the victim of a directed energy weapon again which was directed at my living premises overnight possibly because I gave some tactical information about what could happen at the civilian protest “15 4 the 15^th” that happened on the 15^th, last Saturday, thus saving hundreds even thousands of innocent lives as the attacks led by the loyalists were prevented and subdued by the police. this morning all of the loyalists i ran into were giving me the evil eye and were spitting in my direction and coughing at me. I woke up disoriented with pain in my head and was not able to walk straight as it was buzzing and ringing in my ears alongside the chest-pain. i really got it. when I was falling asleep, I felt as if this directed energy was burning me up and its source most likely was the military dwelling at 139 or 141 vojvode stepe blvd. where a lot of military and government people live. it happened before and I described it here already. come measure EM energy coming from this directed energy (wave gun active denial sys ?) source, i believe it is active again as i write ... this is how the serbian government punishes people for not being loyal or loyal enough ... even if they lose politically they will still hold the power and they won't make you utilize it, their minds are poised to make you oppose it ...  talking about stupid
