i   p r o b a b l y made a mistake of mentioning mr. v, the head of the serbian intelligence, in my last blog post as right on the top of the high-rise where he lives – at vojvode stepe 139 – there is something that looks and acts like a directed energy weapon, an operational cannon rather, a high powered microwave that is able to target and regulate much of its vicinity underneath, and I believe now this could be the source of directed energy I felt administered all over my body in the form of invisible heat ray at various episodes in the past, rather than it would be the house on the nearby gostivarska street which I previously believed was the base where this was coming from. either or. I have no clue whether this cannon is associated with 5G waves as the conspiracy theorists are advocating, but I know it is working and you can check it out at this address once you pop up in belgrade, serbia. that is for sure. several hours ago, at nighttime, I took both video and photo of this cannon. it is similar in achieved effect to what has been promoted as Active Denial System in addition to numerous other concentrated electromagnetic energy systems for public control but I doubt that American or Israelis sold it to Serbia [to use it as a torture toy for the selected] unless the Chinese or Russians had cloned and perfected it to act as a true killing machine. 

according to direction of its emitting light it is definitely pointed downward towards and into my residence and it definitely does not serve any other imaginable purpose as it cannot be an aviation obstruction lightning. namely, yesterday I was mowing a lawn and the top of my head could have been exposed to the centered beam of directed heat and as I woke up at 2 AM I felt as if my head was fried up with a bit of sunburn feel around eyes likewise as if the directed heat caught that portion of face which was protected by my cap visor. but I am unsure if I was shot at when I was outside as I immediately did not feel any disturbing symptoms or it happened when I was sleeping – if that energy can go through windows and walls, surely, there is the meaning behind it being at powered-up [lit up] mode over night and pointed in the direction.

just a few days ago, I was standing still outside doing some yardwork and due to an overwhelming centered heat I felt as if some energy was directed into my manhood so I had to step inside and find cover behind a very thick wall. pretty much the angle wherefrom this radiation could have been coming from does not coincide with the position of the aforementioned cannon on the top of the high-rise, so that is why i say either or. in the same fashion, another time, as I was cleaning something in the garden I felt as if someone was targeting the top of my head with a heat but obviously it was not so intense like the heat from yesterday or the last night when it was turned onto the max; on this secondary occasion heat ray could have been coming from the high-rise. regarding all available information, the speculative conclusion to what this could be, for one it acts like an Active Denial System weapon which emits high frequency electromagnetic beam into the target but it is far from being safe for humans as advertised. 

following up on day two: same bright electromagnetic cannon produced shining light, do not recall seeing it on before, it started shining into my premises right after the previous post, i could describe it as the punishment for what was written. got the same head pressure symptoms over night although now i feel a heart weakness as well ... probably changed frequency and power intensity of the high powered electromagnetic energy to emulate transfer rate needed for heart failure.

The radiation burns caused are similar to microwave burns, but only on the skin surface due to the decreased penetration of shorter millimeter waves. The surface temperature of a target will continue to rise so long as the beam is applied, at a rate dictated by the target's material and distance from the transmitter, along with the beam's frequency and power level set by the operator. Most human test subjects reached their pain threshold within 3 seconds, and none could endure more than 5 seconds.

A spokesman for the Air Force Research Laboratory described his experience as a test subject for the system:

For the first millisecond, it just felt like the skin was warming up. Then it got warmer and warmer and you felt like it was on fire. ... As soon as you're away from that beam your skin returns to normal and there is no pain.

the saying should go, when in Serbia you do not mess with Tito’s old stock pioneers, or else. unfamiliar of its deployment in Europe I may be the first one to be fried and tested, the European victim zero of this Teslainian monster, however, knowing the doings of the regime in power it would not be strange that money was invested into obtaining this weaponry.
