I must admit, while in the usa, I was hopeful. in serbia, there is no hope. the communists ran this country down into the ground creating the most primitive environment there is, a shithole. this evening I was snarled and hissed at by the new guy stocking drink shelves at the premium Delhaize Maxi superjoint on Autokomanda square in Belgrade – a store visited mostly by the diplomatic corps people and the local fat cats. it appeared as if the bloke had a personal problem going on with me. one must know that 99% of serbs know and recognize me after the serbian state security agenda had groomed and rendered my public image to serbian people in the most negative fashion one could imagine. thus a number of serbian citizens does experience active personal issues when they come across 'my persona.' also there, a new security guy has made a custom of coming by my cart glancing absurdly over my purchases as if the store management has got no store cameras but just wants to make you feel uncomfortable in their business; in other words, as if they want to make you feel like you've been stealing from them. Delhaize Maxi is the serbian business overseen by Dutch people and I have always suspected the Dutch being the most fucking arrogant Nazis around [ratting out Anne Frank]. go figure. Im afraid the store senior management may even be preparing a hit on me for tipping them off to public. at least that is the vibe I am picking up there. visiting that maxi supermarket on autokomanda has always been one of the most exiting local adventures, so do not miss out on your chance while in Serbia. it is unbelievable that when they come to Serbia many foreigners get down with serbian moral attitudes and manners that are low and they lose their sense of right and wrong adopting 'dumber than a bag of stool legs' ignorance and negligence in the process. serbia will infect you. beware also of serbian drivers entering the roundabouts; they do not know what the hell is going on and they are prepared to kill you over their ignorance. i must say dozens of serbs are fortunate in promotion of their malevolence -- not only that maniacs in serbia have been successfully preventing me from getting married and begetting, now it's a fight for your life on daily basis throughout multiple sectors. filled with a spirit of adventure, perhaps even more adventurous than Little Bighorn, but not as magical, powerful nor important -- take it from me, a fine knight traveling through time.
