16 years of serbian hell - living in flight or fight mode

the proof (top) i made two S.O.S. calls to bloody serbian police to no avail. no follow ups to check on how i was, no nothing, they got my number.
as if serbs were redirected to kill me. while driving today I was deliberately cut off  at least 20 times. there is a feeling the enemies pop out from all sides. the first time it happened (around 13:35) I was not alone so I have a reliable witness. we were inches away from tragedy. those were twenty close calls, twenty attempts upon my life with perpetrators using much bigger cars than mine. alas, this evening I went to see my friend Dr Stanislav Zivkovic who lives in retirement home in the suburbs and as soon I got on the freeway there was a guy who followed me with high beams on dangerous part of road - this person also cut me off pressing the horn while passing by. after I had flipped him off for being the jerk he was, he followed me for fifteen minutes. I know the tag number but I won’t post it here. I made a stop a hundred yards before toll booths and a turnpike and this person stopped behind me, he pulled up and started cursing and asking me to get out and fight him. his car, subcompact super-mini class, is registered to a company, a business person, there were ads on the side-doors. during the fifteen-minute chase I phoned police twice but the serbian police is my sworn enemy. it’s a given in the jazzed-up police report for the proceedings that are currently in place after I was attacked by the government official in the city’s parking garage last year. this time too, when they found out who was calling, they did not do anything just took their time promising reaction and nothing happened. I had a feeling that they were laughing their asses off. serbian goverment animals, I got no good words for them. I could have been killed meanwhile. I cannot wait that something changes here. and it will be never. so far it has been indescribably bad. and it will remain so. karma is a bitch so we’ll see who got wronged whom. sometimes it is generations that are paying and everyday unsigned IOUs keep coming, at least the feeling is that bad, the feeling is bad. i do not care who, say if the Heavens pays back with something, may it be everlasting peace for me and the friendly folks and everlasting horror for the enemies. i assume they cannot get to me intellectually so they assume brute force is the solution and key. there is a high number of violence junkies in serbia. all it dawns to me is to blame my ancestors for settling here. but i cannot do that. if there is hell on earth, serbia should win that position, hands down, imo. on the other hand, i live my life with a goal not to bother and be nuisance to anyone.
to hell with everything that is bad, and you know what it is when you encounter it.
these incidents alone make me concerned that some innocent soul may meet with an accident in the Serbian St. Nicholas Church in Philadelphia. That's where it started to get bad, initially, that's where the worms were let loose. Holy Ascension Serbian Orthodox Church in Elizabeth, New Jersey, too. Then, a group of churchgoers must not change one man's destiny, but it happened. Hope no bloodshed happens in that church ever. The feeling is real bad.
