Belgrade, Serbia | Urgent Update: November 1st, 2026 

This is the second consecutive day of direct energy weapon usage against me. The situation has severely escalated, and the targeting has now shifted dynamically toward my mobile phone. The physical impact has become unbearable, resulting in an excruciating, unrelenting headache whenever I am near my device, while my upper systolic blood pressure has simultaneously shot through the roof. It feels as though the energy is being focused directly towards the phone itself to maximize the pressure at contact in the room environs. I am documenting this continuously to keep the public informed of this ongoing pressure and the severe physical toll it is taking.
